Before placing an order with Haffner Kitchen please carefully read the below. By placing your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Prices are liable to change at any time, especially if additions or amendments are made to the order, but any changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.
- Full payment is required before any work starts on your order, and failure to pay the full balance will result in a cancellation.
- For "collection only" orders over £100, a 50% initial deposit will be required, with the remaining balance being paid a minimum of 48 hours before the collection.
- Customers who have made full payments are entitled to a cancellation or a full refund 48hrs in advance of requested/shipping date. Late cancellation will not be entitled to refund.
- All products are baked to order, and returns are not accepted after delivery/collection of goods.
- In the event that you receive the incorrect or damage product, you must contact us with 24hrs of receipt with evidence. Haffner kitchen will not accept any liability or complaints after this time.
- Haffner Kitchen is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by postal couriers, we will ensure all items are packaged accordingly.
- For collection orders Haffner Kitchen will not be held liable for any damage to your order once it has left our premises. Cakes are photographed as proof of its condition prior to collection.
- It is your responsibility to make us aware of any food allergies that you may have and to ensure you read all information on our allergen list.
- Haffner Kitchen retains the right to cancel the booking in very unusual circumstances, such as ill health, in which case any money taken will be refunded in full.
